General Terms and Conditions:
(a) pchelpcentre.coms abandon rate will not exceed three (3) percent.
(b) pchelpcentre.coms on-call hold time will be less than five (5) minutes.
(c) pchelpcentre.coms will respond to escalated calls within eight (8) hours.
(d) pchelpcentre.com, company is a Level One Help Desk defined as answering How to and How do I type questions. pchelpcentre.com does not cover programming and developmental work.
(e) pchelpcentre.com will adhere to a less than ten (10) percent unsolved rate.

TELEPHONE AND ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ONLY ONE REGISTERED USER FOR ONE REGISTERED COMPUTER SYSTEM. THE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO REGISTERED MEMBERS WITH PROPER VERIFICATION OF REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND A COMPLETED CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS FORM ON FILE. FREE TELEPHONE SUPPORT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO REGISTERED USERS CALLING FROM WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. - 2. Limited Warranty, Liability and Disclaimers

Online response time may be delayed due to research and inquiries. pchelpcentre.com's live or online technical support does not assure that every request for technical support will be resolved to the member's satisfaction. Our responses are merely technical advice or suggestions. Technical problems that may arise may be a result of software or hardware errors or problems that may not be correctable or extremely difficult to resolve. pchelpcentre.com has limited proprietary information from vendors, manufacturers, and developers, and may not have the ability to find them. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that liability for damages against pchelpcentre.com, its agents, partners and third party providers, regardless of the warranties, disclaimers, and waivers described herein, such damages shall be limited to no more than the total fee pchelpcentre.com charged to the member. Such damages shall constitute liquidated damages and are a reasonable estimate of damages to compensate the member regardless of any warning of loss of or corruption of data or damage to hardware. - 5. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy, any Materials, Contact Data, Financial Data, Demographic Data defined in the Privacy Policy, or information, whether personal or not, provided by a fully Registered Member will never be sold, exchanged, or released to any third party without your express permission. Except as required by Third Party Providers or any referring website or affiliate for any membership services such as the offer of computer system insurance, or a special promotional offers of membership services or products by or through referring sites, no personal information about your identity will be used or released. However, general information about your profile may be collected to enhance our products and services to Members and viewers as expressed in the Privacy Policy. Our Website contains many links to and from other sites. pchelpcentre.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Websites. pchelpcentre.com does not share any individual personal or financial information you provide pchelpcentre.com with the sites to and from which pchelpcentre.com links, although pchelpcentre.com may share aggregate data with such sites (such as how many people use our site). This includes other third party sites on the Internet for which a third party service provider may be providing such services. The viewer or member must check with those sites to determine their respective privacy policy. - 7. Payment, Cancellation, Renewal, and Non-transferability
Members will be billed monthly in advance. The remaining payments will be billed on the last day of the month, for the up coming month.
A membership will be automatically renewed for another monthly membership term at the original enrollment rate and Plan unless the Member notifies PC HELP CENTRE LIMITED within 30 days of the renewal date for non-renewal. The Member must contact the Sales and Customer Service Centre at (44) 1582 672606 or e-mail your request for cancellation to CustomerService for cancellation. Members must present the correct membership number, credit card, and registration information for verification and authorization to cancel. A Member is not entitled to a refund for any reason after the expiration of the first 30 days, or at anytime after the annual automatic renewal date. Your right as a registered Member to use the pchelpcentre.com's technical support services, the website the services and products of pchelpcentre.com is non-transferable. Any password or right given to registered member to use the services and products, or to obtain information or through the site documents is not transferable. - 8. Force Majeure and Accessibility
pchelpcentre.com and/or its third party service providers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its services due to any cause beyond its control, including and without limitation, equipment malfunctions or periodic maintenance, computer viruses, or hackers. If pchelpcentre.com and/or its third party service provider's ability to render technical support services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond our or any third party provider's control, pchelpcentre.com and/or its third party provider may choose not to continue the service without any recourse against pchelpcentre.com. - 9. Any cause of action by a Member, user, or viewer of this Website or the products and services of pchelpcentre.com must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or forever be waived and barred. Should any part of this agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
