Nearly 96% of Support Desk issues are resolved remotely,  but in the unlikely event we cannot fix remotely, we have a team of engineers on hand, to visit customers sites as and when necessary to ensure high levels of service.  Most businesses have different expectations and requirements.  PC Help Centre's IT support packages are designed to make the selection of your IT support needs that much easier by using our:

We are also qualified to provide data centre management services or we can supply a technician that will fill-in for a few hours or days, when you have a technician ill or on holiday, so if you have a specific secure offsite server farm or remote backup location, we can also take on the management and administration of that facility.

For clients that prefer to outsource their IT support or need emergency call-out assistance (Pay-as-you-go) when issues arise; we have designed an hourly and half-day rate cost. This provides the same level of customer support on an 8-hour, best endeavour Service Level Agreement (SLA). This gives you the client, access to the same high-level of service, at a manageable cost.
